Opening Hours:  9.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday.
Age Range:  Secondary (11-18), Transition (over 18)
Age Range information:  16 - 25 year olds.

Description:

Who do we work with?

We work with young people who are about to leave school or college and their families. We also work with young people under 25 who are at home with nothing to do.

What do we do?

  • We provide information, advice and support about your choices
  • We run groups and information sessions
  • We can support you to plan for the future
  • We can support you to speak up so that you get the services you need
  • We will work with you to campaign for better services for young people in transition.
