Description:Contact a Family Ealing provides advice, support and information to families with disabled children.
- We provide information on disabilities and rare disorders.
- We link families together through support groups and a large database of members.
- We provide advice on disability living allowance, carers allowance and other benefits.
- We provide advice on housing and education; we provide free internet access to our members.
- We produce factsheets and publications and a regular newsletter. We provide practical online information through our website.
- We can liaise with health, social services, education and other voluntary organisations.
- We can offer appointments in our office or at home.
- We offer family outings during the summer and a Christmas party.
- We also provide advice for parent carers interested in taking up or returning to training or employment.
