Outcomes for children and young people with disabilities

We want to achieve the following outcomes for children and young people with disabilities and their parents and carers living in Ealing.

To ensure that children and young people with disabilities, their parents and carers, are consulted regularly, are involved, are at the centre of services and are satisfied with the services provided for them.
To ensure that children and young people, their parents and carers can access the services, assessments, information and treatment when they need it.
To ensure that children and young people are supported by a robust framework for protecting and safeguarding though effective information sharing across agencies.
To ensure equality of opportunity for children and young people with disabilities, so they can achieve their potential and participate in and lead active lives within their community.
